SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be processed within 3 business days after its receipt, provided that the desired item is available. We ship globally or offer order pick up option for the residents of central Alberta. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
If the desired item is out of stock, it will take 6 to 8 weeks to produce after the receipt of full payment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Regularly stocked items can be returned, or exchanged, during 10 days from the date of receipt. Custom made items can not be returned or exchanged.
